Select Fences and Gates started in 1993, mainly in the business of replacing residential boundary fences. We make and install gates, always constructed of galvanised steel tube welded for strength. A standard timber pine paling fence can be enhanced with a ridged capping, with posts which show at the front as a feature, or with a trellis to give extra height and privacy.

We also build picket fences in a variety of styles that always look great with shaped posts and a capital (ball, acorn) on top, but, best of all, with a great painted finish!

Merbau is popular as a front fence, or as a screen in the backyard to hide bins or a washing line. Gates are great to close off the side of the house, or to access the park at the back.

If we are not busy fencing, we can get the other tools and and clear a fenceline or backyard (bamboo, etc).
